Dr. Parag Gulhane

Dr. Parag Gulhane is a distinguished Urologist in Magarpatta and Hadapsar Pune with a stellar academic background. He completed his M.B.B.S from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion, Mumbai, with an outstanding 67% in his first attempt. Subsequently, he earned his M.S in General Surgery in 2014 from R.N.T Medical College, Udaipur, Rajasthan, and later pursued DNB Urology at the Institute of Urology, Dhule, Maharashtra, completing it successfully in 2019, all in his first attempts.

Professional Journey:

Dr. Gulhane's journey in the medical field commenced with a rigorous 1-year internship at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion, Mumbai. Following this, he undertook a 6-month senior residency in General Surgery at Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur, Rajasthan. His expertise in Endourology was honed during his DNB training, and he served as a Senior Resident Urologist in the Department of Urology at Bharati Hospital, Pune, from June 2019 to March 2020.

Contributions to Medical Literature:

Dr. Gulhane has made notable contributions to medical literature, with an abstract presented at the 33rd EUS Annual Meeting in 2018, San Francisco. He is also a co-author in the chapter on PCNL in the book titled “Surgical Techniques in Pediatric and Adolescent Urology” by Mohan S Gundeti. Dr. Gulhane is dedicated to public awareness, having created videos on Stone disease and Prostatic disease in regional languages.
